Performs predefined checks and pattern analysis to identify possible causes, including potential scanner misconfigurations.

Applies configurable business rules to either prepare responses for review or submit them automatically.

USER-GUIDED EXCEPTION HANDLING

Allows users to review, adjust, and maintain responses while viewing the relevant pack and status history.

SAP ATTP INTEGRATION SUPPORT

Provides an optional ATTP Add-On to simplify integration and deployment for MAHs using SAP ATTP.

How It Works

  1. Kvinta retrieves new alerts from the EMVO AMS Hub.
  2. The solution analyzes each alert using data from the connected serialization repository, including pack statusand additionally linked context data.
  3. Automated checks and pattern analysis determine the most plausible response to the alert.
  4. Based on configured rules, Kvinta either:
    — prepares a response for user review and approval, or
    — automatically submits a response to the AMS Hub.
  5. Users can review investigation results, modify proposed responses, and handle exceptions that require manual attention.
  6. All alert activities are managed through a centralized user interface, ensuring a consistent and efficient process.
