- Defining and signing off project scope and project plan
- Aligning roles and responsibilities within the project (RACI)
- Agreeing on way-of-working, communication plan and escalation paths
- Analyzing As-is and creating to-be process map as well as blueprint document with a comprehensive audit of your system and business landscape to tailor Kvitna for business needs
- Holding requirements and design workshops with all the stakeholders within your business
- Creating interface specifications and agreeing with adjacent system owners on integration flows and protocols
- Compiling Kvinta’s set-up tailored for the project needs in the Development and Test environments
- Developing additional customer-specific services and APIs, if needed
- Adapting the standard system documentation
- Defining the testing scope and designing test scenarios.
- Conducting system training for the business and IT users involved in test execution.
- Executing the appropriate tests, including:
- Functional testing (FT)
- Integration testing
- Performance Volume Testing (PVT)
- Regression testing
- User Acceptance Testing
- Conducting keys user trainings (Train-the-Trainer approach typically used, but full user training also possible)
- Deploying the Production environment and transfering all the configurations and developments from Test
- Preparing and signing-off detailed Go-Live plan for all parties involved, defining clear prerequisites and checklists
- Making sure the plan is executed and all check-list items are ticked-off.

- If your business includes multiple sites (manufacturing plants, warehouses), the template solution is rolled-out to all the sites.
- When required, Fit-Gap analysis is executed per site or group of sites and the solution is tailored to specific site requirements.
- Rollouts can be executed by the Client or the implementation contractor, as well as by using a mixed-team approach.
- Following the initial Go-Live and Rollout, the implementation partner provides a period of intensive support to resolve any questions & incidents and ensure business continuity.
- Following the end of the hypercare period, the solution is transitioned to Business as Usual (BAU) support – either internally or externally.
