MANUFACTURER
As a manufacturer, your company has to request unique identifiers (UIs), receive them, and apply them individually to every product you produce. This is called serialization. Kvinta requests, provides, and stores these unique identifiers and communicates with the respective regulator. All UIs can be aggregated and disaggregated according to the different packaging levels applicable to your industry. Kvinta also serves your need for transparent reporting functionalities and analytics to gain additional benefits. |

The regulation for dairy products in Russia was introduced in 2020. It's closely folow predecessors but has much addional specific. For example the possibility of printing codes on packages externaly was first introduced for diary involving new players - certified printing houses in the role of service providers. Regulation deadlines vary depending on the length of products storage life. Although serialization and retail sale have already become mandatory, full traceability will only be provided after a transition period, during which only volume-varietal invoicing will take place. Reporting each code in case of ownership change will become mandatory from June 1, 2025. For milk products, not only serialization of customer packages but also control over raw materials has been established. The linkage between the raw material batches and customer packages is provided through the number of veterinary certificates and integration of two different government information systems. Abundance of specifics makes implementation of serialization and traceabiity for dairy products quite a complex process.
