👾 Not every Track & Trace decision needs to be a pivotal platform decision.

Serialization & Traceability does not have one correct architecture. And the architecture that fits today may not fit tomorrow. New markets. New partners. New regulations. New operating models.

That is why Kvinta isn’t built as one all-or-nothing platform. Rather, like building blocks. Take two very different cases:

🟣 Kvinta Serialization & Traceability Core
A Level 4 backbone for serialization, event management, regulatory reporting and integration across ERP, WMS, production systems, partners and authorities. Broad scope. More interfaces. More processes affected.

🟣 Kvinta EMVO Alert Management
A focused application for one specific problem: investigating and responding to EMVS alerts. It can work with the existing serialization repository — including Kvinta Core or SAP ATTP — rather than requiring the underlying Level 4 platform to be replaced.

Different scope.
Different implementation complexity.
Different cost and change exposure.
That is the point.

You shouldn’t have to buy an end-to-end transformation to solve one expensive operational problem. Start with the use case where the economics are clear. Expand only when there is a reason to.
