COUNTRY-SPECIFIC SERIALIZATION REPORTING, POWERED BY KVINTA

Kvinta Market Pass is a country- and industry-specific service-enabled SaaS solution for serialization reporting that enables companies to meet local Track & Trace requirements without modifying or extending their core serialization platform. The product is powered by Kvinta and delivered together with 3KEYS consultancy services. It combines local regulatory expertise, operational support, and a Kvinta-based technical component that enables compliant data exchange and reporting to national Track & Trace systems.
Problems Market Pass solves
- Extending existing systems is too slow, too expensive, or simply not worth it
- Regulations change, but internal platforms don't adapt fast enough
- Data exists, yet authorities reject reports due to format or rule mismatches
- Day-to-day reporting errors and follow-ups distract teams from core operations
MARKET PASS REMOVES THIS FRICTION
What it does
Kvinta Market Pass focuses on regulatory compliance and reporting for the selected market:
SERIAL NUMBER MANAGEMENT AND EVENT HANDLING SUPPORT
REGULATORY REPORTING
DATA VALIDATION AND TRANSFORMATION
OPERATIONAL AND REGULATORY SUPPORT
How it works

- Market scope definition
Kvinta and 3KEYS define the exact regulatory scope for the selected country, including required data, reporting rules, and authority interfaces. - Data exchange with the customer's systems
Customers connect with Kvinta Market Pass to exchange only the data required for compliance. - Compliance-focused data handling
vinta can transform existing serialization and event data into the format required by the regulator or acts as a reporting agent, requesting serial numbers, generating required messages, and submitting reports, monitors responses, handles errors, and supports corrections on behalf of the customer.
AI in Market Pass
Market Pass already acts as your reporting agent for country-specific submissions. Adding AI extends that role rather than introducing a new one.

SCHEDULED SUBMISSION, AND WHO SIGNS IT
For a narrow set of recurring, low-risk filing types, Market Pass can also submit on schedule without stopping for
review of each one. That is a decision with a named owner attached, and we treat it as one:
- You designate, in advance and in writing, the responsible person accountable for filings made under the schedule.
- You define which filing types qualify. Everything else keeps its per-filing review.
- Every submission is logged with its source data, the checks applied and the rule it ran under, so the responsible person can reconstruct any filing after the fact.
- Any filing that fails a validation check, or falls outside the defined type, is held and escalated rather than submitted.
Accountability for a regulatory submission does not transfer to a system. It stays with the person you name, which is why scheduled submission is configured deliberately, per filing type, or not enabled at all.
