AUTOMATED INVESTIGATION AND RESPONSE HANDLING FOR EMVS ALERTS
Kvinta EMVS Alert Management helps Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs) reduce the time & effort required to investigate and respond to EMVS alerts, and stop the patterns that keep generating the same alerts.
The solution integrates the EMVO Alert Management System (AMS Hub) as well as your serialization repository, automatically analyzes alerts, identifies likely causes, and prepares or submits responses based on configurable business rules. AI assistance is available at the control level you choose, with every submission remaining subject to your approval.
Pain Points
- EMVS alerts require time-consuming manual investigations.
- Teams must gather and verify data across multiple systems before responding.
- The same root cause generates alerts again next week, and the week after.
- Response processes are difficult to standardize and scale.
- Manual handling increases response times and the risk of inconsistencies.
- Causes often sit upstream, at a CMO or a wholesaler's scanner, not in your own data.

Who needs it and why
How It Works
- Kvinta retrieves new alerts from the EMVO AMS Hub.
- The solution analyzes each alert using data from the connected serialization repository, including pack statusand additionally linked context data.
- Automated checks and pattern analysis determine the most plausible response to the alert.
- Based on configured rules, Kvinta either:
— prepares a response for user review and approval, or
— automatically submits a response to the AMS Hub. - Users can review investigation results, modify proposed responses, and handle exceptions that require manual attention.
- All alert activities are managed through a centralized user interface, ensuring a consistent and efficient process.
AI in EMVS Alert Management
A verification alert arrives, and the investigation starts the same way every time: pull the pack history, check the batch and the market, work out whether this is a data error, a process error, or a genuine falsification signal. Kvinta AI does that first pass.
The alert is classified and prioritised, investigated against your serialization data and full pack history, and returned with the likely cause identified rather than the symptom restated. How far it goes from there is your decision, set per alert class:
Most teams start at advise for every alert class and move one class at a time, once they have seen enough of the reasoning to predict it. The setting is reversible.
