ONE AI

ONE AI FRAMEWORK.
YOU SET HOW FAR IT GOES.

Kvinta AI is not a separate system to integrate. It is an AI layer across the Kvinta platform, delivered as a set of capabilities enabled where they are needed, each operating at the level of autonomy you configure and no further.

The operational pressure

Eight practical use cases addressing the operational complexity that grows with every new market entered and every trading partner connected. Each is supported by dedicated Kvinta AI capabilities.

  • DATA INVESTIGATION
  • ANOMALY MONITORING
  • ALERT INVESTIGATION & RESPONSE
  • MASTER DATA CHECKS
  • LEARNING & SELF-SUPPORT
  • REGULATORY REPORTING
  • PARTNER ONBOARDING
  • DOCUMENT DRAFTING
ONE AI

Every capability follows one path. You choose where it stops.

Data arrives from the Kvinta solution the capability is attached to. The analysis runs. The reasoning is recorded. What happens next — and only what happens next — is the setting you control, configured per workflow, per case type and per market.

DATA IN

Serialization events, alerts or documents from the connected solution

ANALYSIS

Pattern checks, deviation detection, root-cause and data-quality logic

REASONING LOGGED

What was found, what was concluded, and on which events

ASK YOUR DATA

Commissioning, aggregation, shipping and verification events queried in plain language — by serial number, batch, SSCC, trade item or location.

Answers, with the EPCIS events behind it

ANOMALY MONITORING

EPCIS exchanges, partner interfaces and line output watched for deviation — failed submissions, aggregation gaps, unexpected volumes.

Flags the deviation and its probable source

Drafts the corrective step for review

ALERT INVESTIGATION & RESPONSE

EMVS alerts and serialization exceptions triaged and investigated against pack history, batch records and prior resolutions.

Identifies the probable root cause

Drafts the alert response for a reviewer

Closes alert types you define as low-risk

MASTER DATA CHECKS

GTINs, packaging hierarchies, product codes and batch master data validated before they reach a national system.

Reports inconsistencies before submission

Returns corrected values for a data steward

LEARNING & SELF-SUPPORT

Role-specific training material and troubleshooting answers drawn from Kvinta documentation and ticket history.

Explains the process, diagnoses the error

REGULATORY REPORTING

Recurring national-system submissions compiled from validated event data on schedule.

Answers, with the regulatory reporting messages behind it

Compiles the submission for review

Submits on schedule, holds exceptions

DOCUMENT DRAFTING

SOPs, validation protocols and compliance reports drafted from system configuration and event data.

Drafts for a named approver

PARTNER ONBOARDING

EPCIS mappings, exchange profiles, workflow rules and credentials assembled for a new trading partner.

Prepares configuration for activation

MOVING THE DIAL IS YOUR DECISION, AND IT IS REVERSIBLE.
Most customers begin at advise across all capabilities and move a single case type to propose once its reasoning has been reviewed over a representative sample. Execute is reached deliberately, for narrowly defined case types, or not at all. A capability held at advise indefinitely is a capability operating as designed.

Attached to the solution you already run

Kvinta AI is not bought in isolation. Each capability attaches to a solution already in your landscape, working
on the data that solution already holds.

SERIALIZATION & TRACEABILITY CORE

Ask your data · Master data checks · Anomaly monitoring · Document drafting

The repository holds the full event history, which makes it the natural home for AI-powered queries in plain language. The same data supports consistency checks across GTINs and packaging hierarchies, and anomaly detection across EPCIS exchanges.

EMVS ALERT MANAGEMENT

Alert investigation & response · AI-assisted analysis, response drafting and automated handling

An incoming alert is investigated against pack history and its likely cause identified. Depending on the configured level of automation, AI can present its findings, prepare a response for approval or automatically resolve predefined low-risk alert types.
Detail

SERIALIZED WAREHOUSE

Anomaly monitoring · Regulatory reporting · Learning & self-support

Warehouse operations generate a continuous event stream where aggregation gaps and sampling inconsistencies are visible early. Operator-facing help matters more here than anywhere else, because the people using it are not system specialists.
Detail

EXCHANGE NETWORK

Partner onboarding · Anomaly monitoring

Onboarding a trading partner requires configuring mappings, workflow rules and credentials for each partner. AI can prepare this configuration for review and activation, reducing manual setup effort. Centralised error alerting is enhanced by AI-powered anomaly detection across partner flows.
Detail

LINE MANAGEMENT

Anomaly monitoring

Real-time production monitoring already produces the signal; AI adds the interpretation, surfacing drift in line performance and serial number consumption with an explanation of what changed.
Detail

CONNECTOR SAP

Master data checks · Ask your data

The connector is where master and delivery data are exchanged between SAP and Kvinta, enabling AI to identify inconsistencies before they propagate into national systems. AI can also answer configuration questions using the connector's own setup information.
Detail

SUPPORT

Learning & self-support

Role-specific training material generated from documentation, and troubleshooting answers drawn from documentation and ticket history. Routine questions resolve without a queue; the Support Desk keeps the cases that need people.
Detail

L5 FOR GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

Ask your data · Anomaly monitoring · Regulatory reporting

At national scale the question is pattern detection across the whole dataset rather than a single pack. The same capabilities apply, with the dial held further left: where output may inform a regulatory decision, advisory is the appropriate ceiling.
Detail

LABELING STATION

Learning & self-support only

A deliberately simple, single-purpose tool. Operator guidance is useful here; the rest of the capability set has nothing to work on. That is a design outcome, not a gap waiting to be filled.

QUESTIONS ANSWERED IN MINUTES
Without a report request or a Support ticket in between.

EXCEPTIONS HANDLED CONSISTENTLY
Regardless of who is on shift, with the reasoning on record.

AUTONOMY CONFIGURED PER WORKFLOW
Advanced when you are ready, reversed when you are not.

DEVIATIONS FOUND IN DAYS
Rather than at period close, or by the regulator first.

PARTNERS ONBOARDED FROM A PREPARED CONFIGURATION
Rather than a bespoke project for each connection.

FAQ / Common Objections

In a regulated supply chain, what AI is prevented from doing carries more weight than what it can do.
These are the answers.

WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR AN ACTION?
A named person approves anything that changes your data or is submitted on your behalf, except in the case types you have explicitly configured for execution — where accountability rests with the rule you defined and the threshold you set.
WHAT ENDS UP IN THE AUDIT TRAIL?
Every recommendation and every action is recorded with the events it was drawn from, the conclusion reached and the approver. The reasoning forms part of the record rather than an explanation generated afterwards.
IS OUR DATA USED TO TRAIN MODELS?
No. Models run inside the cloud provider's own managed inference service, within your approved processing geography. Your questions, the records retrieved to answer them and the answers themselves are used to produce that answer and nothing else. There is no training or fine-tuning pipeline, the deployment is authorized for model invocation only, and the model providers cannot reach the requests, the responses or the inference logs.
CAN AI REACH DATA A USER IS NOT ENTITLED TO SEE?
No. The model never connects to your database. It proposes a request; Kvinta services validate the caller's identity, apply their domain and location grants, and execute a read against a dedicated interface of approved views and functions — never the underlying tables, and never SQL written by the model. Credentials stay in those services. Missing identity or missing grants returns a refusal, which is enforced by the database rather than by model instructions.
